This shipping guidance applies to purchases of water bottles, reusable drinkware, hydration pieces, coffee and tea accessories, and bags from our store. The normal handling period is around 1–2 business days. Delivery travel after dispatch is expected to take 3–5 business days. Neither period is guaranteed, particularly during holidays, weather disruptions, high carrier demand, or events outside our control.
Free shipping is determined in checkout and is not assumed before the order is calculated. Enter an accurate address, email, and phone number so that fulfillment and carrier notices can be completed. Tracking activity can begin after the first carrier scan rather than immediately when the number is created.
Tell us promptly about prolonged delays, suspected loss, a delivered status for a parcel you cannot locate, or visible transit damage. Include the order number, checkout email, tracking record, and photos where relevant. We may coordinate a carrier inquiry. Delivery can be unavailable for restricted products, service areas, or address types; an undeliverable order may be cancelled and reimbursed.
